The team was responsible for new business development of our IT Managed Services (infrastructure support, network management, cloud solutions, help desk/service desk), Automated IVR/ACD Call Center Solutions (TPV, eLOA, verbal agreements, live call recording), IT Project Consulting (BA, BI, PM, App Dev, Data), and IT Staffing lines of business.
