In less than 1 year finances were secured, including $4M of additional angel financing and $1.5M line of credit; operations improved; and key relationships solidified. The company continues to pursue key game developer relationships and improve its product offering.The Highlights: Organized and professionalized the accounting, IT and finance functions.Spearheaded fundraising activities and arranged $4M of angel financing.Arranged $1.5M line of credit with Silicon Valley Bank as well as an equipment leasing line of $120k.Re-organized GAAP and Tax financials and completed 2004 thru 2006 reporting.Instituted systems, procedures and reporting around human resources, information technology and finance to streamline and organize the enterprise.Developed project cost analysis tools and systems for management as well as streamlined and improved reporting.
