Proctors and reviews online exams and assessments for educational institutions, companies, universities, colleges, and schools. Follows and enforces exam/assessment guidelines, posting indicators and violations, thereby ensuring exam and academic integrity.

Responsible for voluntary education, upgrade training, civilian training, base training, and all testing programs (including military promotion, military aptitude, military upgrade, professional military education, certification, and college credit examination programs). Serves as senior advisor to base commanders regarding education needs analysis, voluntary education programs for post-secondary education institutions, and non-flying related training. Works directly with three on-base colleges to provide military and civilian employees (and their families) on-base college programs. Counsels and advises base personnel regarding college level degree programs. Responsible for program budget for all assigned functions.

Responsible for training and chaplain development and for ensuring information flows from the IFOC to corps and virtual teams. Answers inquiries from chaplains in Region One and supports national team and local chaplains in meeting IFOC objectives and core values of honesty, integrity, and commitment. Meets the spiritual needs of those who seek chaplain support and prays daily for the IFOC team and chaplains serving in region one.

Oversees military and civilian force development, to include education and training, comprehensive testing, libraries and information services, and professional military education. Plans and coordinates with other organizations, senior leadership, other military services, DoD agencies, and education and training related civilian organizations regarding services provided. Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for force development programs to ensure services and operations in line with industry trends. Develops, monitors, and analyzes applicable statistical data to track operating programs, evaluate effectiveness and applicability to strategic goals, and plan improvements. Monitors and evaluates operating units and activities to determine compliance with applicable regulations, directives, procedures, and policies. Responsible for preparation, management, execution, and fiscal oversight of the flights appropriated and non-appropriated fund (APF/NAF) budgets. Develops capital improvement, short-and long-range plans; secures and maintains equipment, facilities, and supplies. Provides recommendations to senior managers in overall planning, and facilitates cross-functional communications within the organization. Makes decisions on technical and personnel problems presented by subordinate supervisors; reviews evaluations of non-supervisory employees rated by subordinate supervisors; assures reasonable equity of individual employee performance objectives, standards, and ratings among subordinate organization; recommends performance awards and salary/bonus distribution for subordinate employees; evaluates subordinate supervisor; makes or approves selections for subordinate non-supervisory positions; recommends selections for subordinate supervisory positions.

Serves as the immediate supervisor of the Education & Training Section. Program responsibility involves oversight of education and training programs and services to include all aspects of military/civilian training, testing and voluntary collegiate and professional military education programs. Develops strategic plans to institute a comprehensive education/training program and service aligned with AF, Command, and base objectives. Coordinates with senior leaders to establish education/training programs and services for a technically diverse service population. Serves as advisor/subject matter expert on policies, laws, regulations, service agreements, and directives that govern AF education & training programs/services. Responds to taskings and inquiries from base, MAJCOM, HQ AF, and/or other agencies. Forecasts, manages, and revises resource requirements for facilities, office/classroom space, equipment, supplies as it pertains to an operational budget which includes service contracts. Approval authority for all purchases/program spending. Serve as Test Control Officer for academic and/or military testing. Performs all aspects of supervision/work flow and supports the agency's EEO program.

Served as Education Services Specialist and advised base personnel regarding on-base programs, off-base programs, and distance learning programs available to meet occupational and personal development goals. Marketed on-base programs to base populace to encourage enrollment. Counseled and advised enlisted Air Force members regarding commissioned officer opportunities. Conducted education briefings for base personnel. Organized, planned, and conducted annual Community College of the Air Force Graduation Ceremony. Served as Alternate Test Control Officer and Acting Education Services Officer (ESO) during ESOs absence. Posted grades, processed tuition documents, school invoices, and student reimbursements utilizing the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS). Updated education information in the Personnel Data System (MilPDS). Served as School Liaison Officer representing the wing commander with off-base public and private secondary schools.
