Our mission at Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired is, "Empowering people who are blind or visually impaired with opportunities to seek independence." I support that mission by working with a team of Product Managers to ensure that customer needs are being understood and met, the products necessary to meet those needs are ready and available, the resources necessary to make those products are being planned and scheduled, and the activities necessary to bring it all together are accomplished. When all of this comes together, our social enterprise employs a diverse and capable group of people that have been largely overlooked and underestimated. As a social enterprise, our activities also provide much of the funding necessary for services that are provided to entire greater Cincinnati, OH and Northern Kentucky area.

Scheduling work across multiple product lines and lines of production to meet customer demands and maintain forecasts. Planning purchase of key material to support production. Planning material and product transfers between facilities in order to exceed on time delivery goals. Analyzing sales trends to accurately forecast future sales and production requirements. Supervising shipping and receiving personnel. Monitoring and measuring transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers and receiving from vendors. Controlling inventory.
