Over twenty years experience providing on-site technical support for various US DoD customers within the Republic of Korea. Replaced various computer and printer components and troubleshot these systems to bring them to operational condition. Over five years experience working with various Local/Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN) working with the United States Air Force (USAF). This experience incorporated setting up computer systems, providing network connectivity and troubleshooting problems that occurred. My work experience has included systems administration, hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting, VTC setup, configuration and maintenance as well as desktop/notebook computer equipment, printer and server repair and troubleshooting. I provided technical solutions that met current operational requirements while ensuring future scalability is also incorporated. Assisted with developing comprehensive training plans and provided On the Job Training (OJT) to technicians and customers. I am well versed in gathering customers’ requirements and bringing them to fruition. I have obtained several certifications over the years and plan on completing more to enhance my career.
