JELD-WEN is one of the largest door and window companies in the world. I started in outside sales working with production builders in Northern California. In three years, my sales volume increased over 1,500%. In 2005, I was asked to manage our relationship with our largest wood window customer in the U.S. For the last seven years, I have worked closely with our customer/partner American Building Supply (ABS). ABS continues to be a strong and growing customer for JELD-WEN. My role in this position is two-fold with regards to wood windows: manage the internal relationships and business planning between JELD-WEN and ABS; and, work with JELD-WEN and ABS managers and team members to support and grow our business within our distribution channel in California and Nevada. Being the liaison between JELD-WEN and ABS has been one of the most rewarding positions in my career.
