In the nine years working at Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings, I was directly involved in the real estate development and construction in over 100 projects totaling over $150,000,000 dollars and 2,800,000 square feet. I have taken raw land through rezoning process, worked with architects and engineers in designing a project that meets the tenant’s requirement. I put together budgets for the project and hired general contractor and subcontractor to build a quality facility on budget and on time. I was evolved every aspect of the project, from start to finish.

I was the Chief Operations Officer for Four Winds Services, managing 19 Government Service Contracts across the United States. Aircraft Refueling, Post Offices and Base Housing Maintenance.Operations manager at the Mike Monroney Aeronautic Center.

Preformed all CM for the new and remodel construction on VAFB. Runways, Control Towers, Youth Centers, Security Police buildings, Runway landing lighting sys, Officers Club, Major Infrastructure to name a few.
