I am responsible for assisting in managing and overseeing underwriting decisions for branch offices in the Western Regional Bond Department. This includes all eleven offices west of the Mississippi River and one office in New Jersey. I help the offices with their annual business planning, budgeting and marketing plans. I am involved with hiring new employees. I use my long term experience in helping employees achieve their career goals.
