Headed a department, assuring the quality of systems and software for over 20,000 servers worldwide and led a development team of C programmers and network/UNIX systems administrators whose purpose was to design and build systems to stress the performance of the company's global network. Simulated large-volume Internet usage with a cluster of BSD UNIX machines. This was used to tune and improve system performance and uncover problems of the Linux clusters. Conducted performance reviews and assigned tasks throughout the department.

Reversed Engineered competitor radios and developed customer APIs for Trimble GPS radios. Supported performance testing and evaluation of Trimble GPS products in the field in various environments such as on Special Force's Zodiacs and Helicopters, and studies on the behavior characteristics in the US National Forests and in urban cities like San Francisco and Tokyo.

Field Engineer for TI's GPS systems, Radar test equipment, FLIR's and Tactical Imagery Interpretation systems deployed worldwide.In coordination with government agencies, I planned equipment upgrades that would have minimum impact on operations. Conducted technical courses at Colorado’s Lowry Air Force Base on equipment repair in addition to teaching GPS surveying courses in Italy and AustraliaTrouble shot and repaired TI’s common module Forward Looking Infra Red (FLIR) systems and developed components of the FA-18 FLIR modular power supply.Member of the development team for an automated test set for the MRCA Tornado Radar system that was being designed for the Europeans. After development was complete I accompanied the ATS overseas to install and troubleshoot the system, then trained the customer at Ferranti’s facility in Edinburgh Scotland.
