As Deputy Program Manager (DPM) for Operations under the Global Enterprise Fabric (GEF) I’m responsible for the overall success of the GEF global mission. We are currently supporting operations and actions within every theater of operations overseen by the DoD, Pacific, Korea, Europe, Southwest Asia, and CONUS theaters. Our mission is to manage deployment, operations, service up/down time, Authorized Service Interruptions, customer support 24/7 throughout the GEF area of responsibility for nearly 200 locations and growing. Directly responsible for Operations, Information Management Officers, Information Assurance, ACAS, Business Process, Capacity, Knowledge, and Change Management services within the GEF GDIT contract. Work closely with the Global Cyber Center at Fort Huachuca, AZ to ensure a seamless communication flow between GEF and the GCC leadership

Tasked as the Capability Manger for GEF Operations: responsible for the daily operations of the GEF OPS floor, overseeing all ASI submissions, tracking ASI's under DISA and RCC-C directives with possible impact to GEF, report and track all CCIR's impacting customers services hosted on the GEF platform, provide daily updates concerning GEF OPS to government and military commands. Oversee all GEF office assets (laptops, monitors, software, etc.), track ticket submission to G6 and local NEC. Over see all GEF deployment of all Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs) globally.

Tasked with providing communications systems and military platform Interoperability (IOP) Test and Evaluation (T and E) test planning, execution, analysis and reporting to support JITC interoperability certification for various Department of Defense warfighter assets. Additionally tasked to work closely with customary approaches, techniques and requirements appropriate to assigned C4I, AIS, and IT/NSS, to include legacy systems, and the latest trends in Information Technology and Computer Technology.T• Contractor Test Lead for the Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance Surveillance System (EMARSS), and the Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS) for JITC IOP T&E. Supported Interoperability Testing at the Joint Information Test Command (JITC) under the Department of Defense Information System Command (DISA); Responsible for developing and conducting testing to support test plans, test reports and certification letters for JITC certification; Assisted in network design to include hardware and software packages; re-configures voice, video and data networks; develops the development of standards for carrier service and equipment; provides regulatory monitoring and voice network analysis regarding short and long range planning for in-house systems. Assigned as the Core Services Test Lead in a yearlong event for the European Command (EUCOM) Combined Endeavor (CE) 2012 exercise, supporting over 40 NATO nations and their allies throughout the EUCOM theater, ending in the month long exercise in Grafenwoehr, Germany. Tasked to coordinate testing of the Contingency Acquisition Support Module (cASM), Joint Range Extension Application Protocol, Application A (JREAP-A), KIV-7M v2.6 Crypto Mod testing, familiar with SPRINT and SCRUM agile applications
