Responsibilities:• Software Engineering | Oversee all development efforts across all products & services • Electronics Engineering | Responsible for the development & design of new and modernization of current electronic control boards across all products lines• IT Operations | Execute all IT operations from Desktops to Cloud infrastructure• Cyber Security | Lead planning, implementation, compliance, and verification• Collaborate closely with Leadership, Marketing, and Operations as champion over all technologies company-wide• Continuously analyze industry trends and technologies to lead the market with propriety cutting edge systems• Mentor and lead senior developers working across products & software languages• Build scalable systems & solutions for all customer-facing web applications and databases• Partner with customers and leadership to define integration needs and manage expectations• Driven by advanced metrics - analyze, calibrate and/or design improvements to optimize operational performanceRecent Accomplishments:• Development of multiple new product lines, including in-house electronic control board design, as well as all software & cloud control systems while still maintaining new feature development of current products• Designed and oversaw the development of web control software that provides clients remote access control via a heads-up display for front desk management of their equipment • Overhauled IT infrastructure utilizing virtualization technology (Hyper-V) minimizing costs of replacement & Boosting the performance of internal applications for staff by over 300%• Created and led the development of a fully customizable android remote desktop tool for our android systems that allows for log analysis, remote updates, changes to settings, as well as a fully functional remote screen view• Executed complete redesign and modernization of our control board & firmware within our current product line (PCB Board Redesign & Firmware Rewrite)

This contract position was to build and maintain a Lab Environment in our Norway DataCenter for Cisco and VMware Courses. Systems included:• Build and Maintain VMware Cluster• Manage Cisco UCS And Hyper-V Cluster• Manage Routing for Lab access (External)• Develop an automated system for Self Service Labs• Develop Lab Manual to go with Cisco CCNA, CCNP Courses
