I managed global physical security operations for the SAP/ Sybase Global Region Team. I was also the Crisis Management Champion (coordinator) for SAP at Dublin and part of their Global Security Management Team. I was the project manager for a global software project with AlertEnterprise. My team managed all the SAP/Sybase locations security badging and access systems, CCTV systems, emergency PA systems, pre-employment background investigations (employees, vendors, contractors, clients), site badging and tracking, visitor access. I was responsible of all North America (America and Canada) Reception Teams. Managed the SAP/ Sybase Emergency Response Teams, Crisis Management Unit, and Mobile Command Center. I was a member of the SAP Global Security Management Team developing policy, situational awareness, and emergency response protocols. We were part of the Global Security Website and managed content for SAP/ Sybase locations. We handled all emergency SAP/ Sybase radio systems, PA Systems, and Building Evacuation Training, evacuation process and drills. We conducted the annual Earthquake Training and Drills. We assumed control of SAP Dublin Campus key management. Worked with HR on all criminal, workplace violence and domestic violence investigations, Responsible for all SAP/Sybase safety training..
