• Manage six separate divisions consisting of 300 Dept of Defense civilians, 500 Dept of Defense contractors, and 100 active duty Marines responsible for facilities planning, maintenance, and logistical support for an installation facilitating the training of 20,000 Marines annually. • Developed requirements for and coordinated all logistics, facility support, and supply support activities to train, equip, and process 20,000 Marines annually. • Successfully administered an annual operating budget of more than $65 million and $20 million in labor costs across 33 fund managers identifying opportunities to eliminate waste.
