I have spent over three decades dedicating my life to emergency management. In addition to serving as a County Emergency Management Adviser, Law Enforcement Emergency Management Coordinator, Instructor, Trainer and Officer, I have served as a Emergency Medical Services Chief Officer and a Fire Department Officer.As a liaison and consultant to numerous public and private school districts, corporations and religious institutions, I have developed Strategic Emergency Response Plans, Lockdown / Lockout Protocols, Plans and Drills, Emergency Evacuation Protocols, Plans and Drills and successfully helped to establish countless numbers of Emergency Response Teams (ERT) at both the district and school level.I maintain an extensive resume of training and credentials. As a certified NIMS (National Incident Management System) Instructor, I am trained to ICS (Incident Command System) level-400 and have taught ICS to hundreds of educators, emergency service workers and government leaders. Further, I am a Nationally Certified Instructor/Trainer in many disciplines including Emergency Management, Planning, Assessment, Radiological and Biological Threats and Preparedness and many other Emergency Management Disciplines. I have trained, served and taught at intuitions and government entities around the nation.
