The job accountabilities include but are not limited to: For Environmental: storm-water proposals and inspections, phase 1 ESA proposals, groundwater sampling, asbestos inspections, and air quality monitoring, For Materials: reinforcing steel inspections, earthwork field densities, concrete testing, and post tension stressing inspections

Responsible for delivering quality while ensuring safety associated with all base crew activities in preparation of asphalt and concrete being laid. The activities include but are not limited to operating heavy machinery, build and ensure base foundation for binder then topping is at the proper grade for curb and gutter, sidewalks, catch basins, man holes and utility boxes, as well as asphalt paving and excavation.

Responsible for all outdoor and indoor maintenance activities at Moccasin Bend State Mental Health Institute. The activities include but are not limited to yard, grounds, minor building and mechanical repair, welding, pad and patch work with concrete and forklift operator.
