I am the founder and Senior Advisor of NIA National Insurance Agency, while consulting with other marketing organizations in respect.For the last quarter of a century, I have maintained our company relationships with our top rated carriers, health, life, annuity, ancillary, Medicare to name a few and I am heavily involved in product design for competitive marketing for our sales force which spans over 46 States across America. I began basically in the mail room at American National Insurance, considered one of the Top 50 companies to do business with in the country. I worked to move up, to underwriting, claims, customer service, worked overtime in most ever aspect of the process of insurance and marketing and have held most every position in the Life & Health. I found personal sales to the management of down line teams of sales forces very rewarding from a growth stand point It gives me a great sense of accomplishment to help a person go from zero to the Top Producer with some advice and personal guidance. I have held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and every aspect of operations but found my real space in the advising of the operation overview and letting others fill the day to day space of leadership, all under a very watchful eye.NIA has held many EMO, (Exclusive Marketing Contracts) with our carriers with products I designed and marketed to the sum of over $30M per year on one carrier alone. In addition holding the #1 Marketing team in Texas with over $19M sold in Texas alone in health with a complete different carrier. Then we have cancer, critical illness and accident which I hold many, many awards in each of those categories. One last accolade I will mention is being a member of the Billion Dollar Club as one of few marketing operations in the nation are a part of. All of these experiences give me the insight to design market; know what our sales force needs to be successful along with our carrier for a very profitable partnership to all.
