Through my 30+ years of experience in the collection industry, I truly have come to understand the needs of both my clients and debtors. I spent five years with Metropolitan in both the sales and collection department. In March of 1990, I opened my own collection agency, First Financial Resources, Inc. When opening my own agency I realized that to succeed in the collection industry, I would have to differentiate my company from all other collection agencies. I established First Financial Resources, Inc. with the intent to develop a high quality, client-oriented collection service capable of providing extraordinary customer service at competitive rates. My company's passion is "helping people move forward" which applies to both my clients and debtors. For the debtors, we want to help them resolve their account so it's no longer adding stress to their life. And for our clients, we want to take the burden of collecting their A/R off their shoulders so they can focus their time on the daily activities that make their business thrive. As my customers will tell you, I am reasonable and easy going yet I get the job done and get it done right.
