Improved company productivity metric 28% from $27.45 revenue per hour after wages to $35.15 Developed lean process improvement program that reduced pre-trip time (clock in time to yard departure time) from an average of 52 minutes to an average of 30 minutes resulting in a savings of 50K per year.
