Project Services Manager
- Provide leadership, planning and direction to staff members to achieve short –term and long-term goals & objectives.
- Manage activities related to Documnet management, Drafting & GIS meet Company standards, specifications, practices & procedures, & regulatory codes.
- Manage capital, expense and operating budgets are achieved by appropriately preparing, monitoring, & controlling.
- Work closely with other departments and build relationships to ensure there is coordinated approach and cost effective process in Project Services support.
- Facilitate and guide for Document Control practices. Filing, offsite storage, record retention, access.
- Assess staff levels, evaluate and improve productivity, coach for personal development.
