Manage "live" fast paced routing for industrial customers in the Orlando Area. Creating, maintaining and adjusting over 30 routes to meet daily demand by customers. Creating new relationships with customers to again balance their needs with drivers abilities by having the correct drivers with the right experiences to match the customers request.

Managed routing for 5,000+ commercial customers on 70 routes to achieve optimum operational efficiency. Worked with residential, commercial and industrial customers to find the best balance of their waste needs and the requirements of drivers to maintain safe and efficient work practices.
