I have excellent communication skills and have worked with a broadly diverse group of people throughout my career. I have been responsible for training, leading and contributing to the success of teams which I have been part of. Additionally, I have presented at SAP Tech Ed, representing the company and an emerging technology. I have provided training across multiple teams on topics such as MVC, ABAP, Web DynPro, Adobe Flex, FlashIslands, and others. I am accustomed to working with Agile methodologies.My primary focus has been on backend data processes, from design, to implementation, and optimization. However, I have designed and implemented solutions which comprise front end, server, and database components. I have also been a contributor to SAP CARAB, CAR and Seasonal Revenue Target Optimization.Some noteworthy accomplishments have been:- dynamic disaggregation of sales data to highly configurable and flexible targets in an SAP Hana BW/IP environment. This was achieved in spite of technical limitations on Hana by BW/IP, namely not being able to use dynamic SQL.- Design and implementation of FlashIslands based marketing workbench used to create templates for the assignment of promotional content such as texts, images, and prices which were used to generate a detailed representation of the planned print promotional offerings. This workbench, separated into three areas, allowed buyers and managers to visualize promotional offering across teams, assign selected promotions to various blocks within the advertisement and then the results were used by the desktop publishers to generate the high resolution prints.- Designed and implemented a market basket analysis of product affinity relationships. This was an SQL based reporting in ORACLE via scripted SQL prior to SAP's acquisition of Khimetrics. This was a highly complex solution which included optimization of hardware resources during execution. The end result of this effort allowed retailers to identify price and revenue optimization based upon product AB relationships.
