Larry Hart is a senior operating and financial executive with over forty years of exceptionally diverse business experience. He has been responsible for the operation and financing of businesses in more than 20 distinct product lines and has successfully led turnaround efforts for a number of troubled situations. He has worked in private equity and venture capital and has run two high-tech startups. He has had significant involvement in numerous acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. Mr. Hart was Chairman, CEO and President of Fibreboard Corporation, a public company with sales of over $250 million. He was the Division General Manager for a $200 million sales division of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation. He also was Louisiana-Pacific’s Corporate Controller. Recently, he has served as CEO and/or President of several mid-sized companies where he was brought in to deal with troubled situations. For 12 years he served as a senior advisor to American Industrial Partners a private equity investment partnership with over $1.0 billion under management. He is a CPA and started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. progressing to Audit and Consulting Manager before he made the move into industry.
