I assist the Marketing team with data reporting and insights that drive targeted campaigns, and I work closely with Accounting to streamline financial reporting by leveraging Excel’s advanced capabilities for greater accuracy and efficiency.I also incorporate ChatGPT and other innovative tools into my workflow to enhance productivity. From optimizing data entry and processing to assisting in policy drafting and regulatory compliance, I leverage these tools to streamline tasks and provide my colleagues with the knowledge and guidance needed to implement these solutions effectively in their own roles.I’m passionate about supporting my credit union’s mission and strive to make a positive impact through versatile, high-impact contributions that drive productivity, operational excellence, and member satisfaction.
