I have a diverse background in sales, marketing, promotions, entertainment (I worked large shows as a stage hand at the Boston Garden and throughout New England for I.A.T.S.E.), food and beverage management and the building trades. I have also owned and operated six restaurants and sports bars in tourist destinations throughout the East Coast and a dozen residential properties, including a small strip mall in the Florida Keys. I was the property manager for over two dozen apartment buildings and the general manager of the Tavernier Hotel. Most recently I was the manager of Snook's Bayside restaurant in Key Largo FL where I managed a staff of thirty five employees in a beautiful two hundred seat bayfront restaurant and grand tiki bar.
