• Develop and test digital control logic to control 30KVA and 125KVA AC/DC convertors. Products could have multiple AC and DC ports. Power could flow to or from any port to any other port. The power factor of the AC port could be controlled from +0.75 to -0.75.• Developed and tested algorithms to parallel multiple units as microgrid using voltage and frequency droop.• Wrote requirements, generate VHDL code to implement algorithms, and performed system verification and system integration.• Develop algorithms and code for 125KVA AC/AC convertor to perform as VFD drive and conducted testing with 150 HP motor.• Worked with software engineers to develop customer controls.• Worked with analog engineer to improve monitoring circuits to meet requirements.
