Supervise all Suntron GCO Test Engineers and Technicians (8-10). Set work and travel schedules to insure all daily, monthly, quarterly and NPI goals were met. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of test equipment. With the closure of Suntron facility, I have been responsible for transferring existing customers and test equipment to other Suntron locations. Starting in July 2012 I have been working onsite in Suntron Mexico facility training Test Engineers and Technicians to support the build of large Industrial Laser Systems for CYMER. This facility had never done large scale integration, HV testing or clean-room assembly before.

Support test of products in the semi-conductor capital equipment, medical and industrial markets. Develop test procedures, support NPI activity, provide DFT optimization and test labor quotes. Support manufacturing by minimizing downtime and resolve Customer ECNs. Train Test Techs on theory of operation of product and equipment. Troubleshoot Software and Hardware failures of test equipment. Interface with customers (CYMER, ASML, L-3 Power, AVIZA, Direct Chassis, AMAT and Tympany) to solve reliability concerns and to improve product quality. Serve on GCO 5S committee, train new auditors and work on5S projects.

Attend required customer meetings and maintain all necessary documentation. Troubleshoot and repair of QTI CVD tools installed at Samsung. Provided technical assistance to other sites. Developed a maintenance program that reduced parts usage, down time and increased tool reliability.
