Review questionable P and C claims for Prosecutive merit. Determine jurisdiction, write opinions, file Criminal Complaints and explore remedies for resitution / re-imbursement of overpayments.

Responsible for a staff of 32, including 8 paralegals, who under contract, administered the forfeiture of assets related to the seizure of property from Narcotics and Tax Evasion investigations by the FBI, DEA and the IRS - CID. Revenue from the sale of assets was subject to equitable sharing program with State and Local Government (including Law Enforcement).

Various Command, Staff and Field assignments in the U.S., Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Among these were Command of the 20th CID, Camp Casey and near the DMZ, Korea; Special Agent in Charge, Chicago CID and Personal Security Officer for DOD leadership including Sec of Defense Weinberger. Last assignment was the CID District Chief of Operations, Ft Bragg District CID. (Included supervision of all felony crime on Ft Bragg, NC, Ft Jackson, SC and Ft Gordon, GA)

Member of Indictment Review Committee. Reviewed Prosecution Memorandums from various Assistant U.S. Attorney's. Made recommendations to investigative planning, advised on weight of evidence and recommended a range of criminal, civil and administrative remedies.

Assigned to a team that provided for the Personal Security of various Department of Defense leadership, including the Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger, Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff John Vessey, Jr and various foreign Defense Ministers. During out of town travels, responsible to maintain a security command post, conduct motorcade operations, maintain White House communications with President Reagan, make room assignments for traveling staff. I coordinated security with local, State and other Federal Law Enforcement and during overseas missions, worked jointly with host foreign country Law Enforcement.
