Oversaw all strategic, financial and operational aspects of one of the most prominent and selective law firms in the country, leading management team of 12 directors and senior managers. Played central leadership role in the selection, lease negotiation (>$100M+) and design of the firm’s new 150,000 square foot national headquarters office. Cultivated and maintained all external vendor relationships, including banking/treasury, cyber-security, insurance, real estate, benefits, financial software, facilities operations and travel. Led and transformed a 21 person team providing critical pricing, analysis, finance, accounting and risk management services to the firm. Created a successful pricing and project management group from the ground up to adapt to an industry-wide shift to alternative fee arrangements, widely acknowledged as the most significant trend to threaten law firm revenue in the last 25 years. Continually implemented new technologies and processes to streamline operations and eliminate redundancies. Promoted to Executive Director after position became available.

Managed and directed the Finance, Accounting and Strategic Planning functions for an early stage internet start-up focused on providing online tools to the personal services industry. Responsible for F,P&A, reporting, pricing, payroll, accounts payable and investor relations (including participating in and presenting at all board meetings). With the CEO, developed and presented the company business plan to potential investors and financial analyst community. Co-led the acquisition and integration of a company that provided technology core to Simply Done's business plan.

Built and managed the financial and administrative infrastructure for a ground-breaking internet start-up that was founded in March 1999, acquired in January 2000 and went public as part of the merged company in March 2000. Hired all accounting and finance employees, established company internal controls and developed analytics and reporting used by management and the board of directors to assess business performance and progress. Participated in all aspects of the IPO process and first reporting period as a public company.

Established and managed the budgeting, planning and reporting functions for a newly created business group representing 90% of Intel's revenue and $3B of its annual spending. Analyzed and evaluated divisional product group initiatives to ensure consistency with overall corporate guidance and direction. Provided daily support to group's executive vice president, Intel's eventual CEO. Managed and performed all financial analysis for Intel's office building construction group, consisting of seven simultaneous projects totaling more than $500M.
