A Grievance Representative is the first line of contact to assist members with having their rights respected by management. We also provide support to andfor school support staff in the titles of Parent Coordinator, School Aide, Family Worker, SAPIS, School Foods Staff, Community Coordinator, Community Assistant, School Neighborhood Worker And Health Aides. Our role, responsibility is to train, provide information and participate in school district initiatives and activities. We also file grievances, sit in on hearings and disciplinary meetings with principals and personnel performance conferences from school food managers and supervisors.
