Training and development. Transition trainees to field agents.The trainees under my tutorage came to be viable in their first months out in the field. Some went onto to become top agents for the company only after 3 months.I would put the formal training into practical applications when dealing directly with our members. I was responsible for the Region's Policy and Procedure and the person who had to know or know where to get the answers.

I was an agent that built strong rapport with the members and held an unbroken record of top member service scores.It was the agent's job to develop his own cliental. I was very successful in real estate prospecting new purchasers needing home insurance and was able to cross sell our Auto and other Ancillary products the Club had to offer. My cross sell ratios were among the highest in the company. There were so many avenues within the organization to develop potential insureds. It just required thinking outside of the box and then being persistent to follow procedures for how it was handled.
