I am a CPA (CA) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with over ten years of international advisory and accounting experience. As a Senior Manager in KPMG UK’s Restructuring Advisory team, I have delivered a wide range of services including turnaround planning & implementation, cash forecasting, working capital optimization, cost reduction and business transformation. Prior to joining KPMG’s advisory practice, I spent five years in the firm’s UK and Canadian Audit practices where I developed a strong background in financial reporting, accounting and internal controls. The projects I work on are typically longer term (up to 18 months) and implementation focused, and requires me to work closely with management teams from all areas of the business (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales etc.) to deliver target improvements. My combined restructuring and accounting background has also allowed me to take on interim Finance leadership roles and provide additional management support in business turnaround or transaction settings. I have worked abroad in the UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Serbia and Canada and my sector experience includes Steel, Retail, Wholesale, Insurance, Airline, Aerospace parts, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Technology, Travel and Media.
