Director Of Information Technology
Current● Oversees the strategic direction and technology infrastructure for a business-critical communications company—serving as both a strategic leader and functional practitioner, translating business strategy into technology solutions, and ensuring compliance with global security frameworks including NIST and HIPAA.● Leads teams of up to 15 on technology projects including engineers, vendors, and consultants—prioritizing workflows, maintaining project plan timelines and budgets, and ensuring project delivery. ● Directs the company’s cybersecurity training strategy including a randomized testing project and facilitating the company’s security awareness training for its 140 staff members. ● Develops annual and long-term technology strategic plans—building technology roadmaps, establishing architecture, creating resources for team members, and evaluating tools for alignment and integration. ● Responsible for establishing, communicating, and managing the company’s security programming including its business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response plans, tabletop exercises, and its third-party risk management assessment process. Orchestrates the company’s preparations and oversight of its regulatory audits including SOC2 and HITRUST—leveraging expertise in information security to establish the necessary frameworks.
