I have extensive experience litigating securities, commercial and consumer class actions and other cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. Cases that I litigated have resulted in substantial recoveries for the clients and classes that I have represented. I am committed to client service and bottom line results. My work has received praise by several courts in which I have litigated. For a recent example, in approving a settlement in a consumer class action involving allegedly improper marketing calls, the federal court in New Jersey stated, during a hearing in late 2020: "you did a terrific job for your class" and "I commend you on a very appropriately litigated case."I have represented state and other government clients, often in conjunction with the respective state attorney's general office, as well as hedge funds, bankruptcy estates, trustees and others, in a wide array of matters for over 30 years. These matters have included pharmaceutical, environmental, consumer protection and other cases.I have also litigated several cases involving complex financial instruments against some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
