I began my career in the software industry over 25 years ago as a programmer/analyst, software trainer, data analyst, software engineer, and business analyst. I spent 14 of those years automating logistics and accounting systems for large companies like Nike, Lilly, Visteon (aka...the parts division for Ford Motor Company), and many more while working for SSUI, Inc. in Portland Oregon.In 2019, I had the opportunity to take the knowledge and skills I have acquired and bring them to dormakaba, specifically in the access control software arena. I was lucky enough in 2022 to be offered a position as a Learning Leader (aka...trainer). I specifically train on the Keyscan Aurora, Switch-Tech, and Wi-Q platforms. I am based in the dormakaba North American headquarters in Indianapolis, IN, and develop and deliver training to diverse groups of field technicians, end-users, employees, and distributors from around the world.
