I have 40 years of civil engineering experience in Florida, ranging from Surveying to Civil design, permitting and project management, including; master planning and design, utility design, project cost estimates, and due diligence. My project management and design experience include primarily land development projects, such as, single and multi-family residential developments, educational facilities, office complexes, new restaurants, convenience stores, petroleum storage systems design, churches, medical buildings, fire rescue stations, and emergency operation centers. My volunteer community efforts include leading the Jacksonville Autodesk Users Group were I serve as President. I help mentor the UNF Department of Construction Management team with the NAHB Residential Construction Management Competition.
