Provided oversight of all customer needs from an operational standpoint. Senior Account Manager (1988-1990)—Handled all gas supply requirements of UGPL: negotiated gas purchase contracts with producers, assisted in contract litigation cases, placed daily nominations, purchased gas from major and independent producers throughout U.S. Gulf Coast. Monitored and maintained working gas levels in pipeline's storage facilities.Supervisor, Take-or-Pay (1987-1988)—Designed and implemented computerized system on IBM mainframe, Wang mainframe, and IBM personal computers to calculate take-or-pay contractual obligations. Developed several ad hoc programs for reporting measurement, accounting, geological, and transportation data (separately and in combination). Implemented gas supply forecast model. Implemented take-or-pay invoice/settlement database and tracking systems.
