Team: Data & Analytics• Aligned the definitions and business rules for analytics, allowing for an increase in reusable source code, reduction in errors, and consistency in output in analytics and products• Originated the Model Risk Management team with off-shore analysts, writing Validation Reports which determined whether score development was accurate and appropriate for business use• As manager of the Data Architect team, delivered key projects to internal and external clients, managing stakeholder expectations despite competition for resources and changing priorities• Deployed new trended credit score model as special project, stepping in when Director of Analytics resigned
