Attended meetings with Architectural firms to consult on the required window cleaning system needed to address their building this could result in modifications to the design of the building. Contacted by general contractor, owners, developers, and construction managers to consult and provide a compliant window cleaning system meeting all current Ministry of Labour and the Ontario Building Code regulations. Working from Architectural drawings provided generated a complete window cleaning system using a variety of products ranging from, roof anchors, wall anchors, BMU’s, fall arrest HLL system, davits, rolling davits, monorail, rigging sleeves, out riggers, stabilization, as well interior building servicing, live walls, interior glass atriums. All systems were designed to meet all Ministry of Labour and the Ontario Building Code regulations.Generated a budget using internal budget system, the budget reflected the companies expected margins.After completing a budget, a quotation was prepared to be provided to the client.Follow up calls were made to the customer to set up a review meeting, the intent of the meeting was to discuss the system design and how it affected their building.
