CurrentMayers Architecture (MA) Principal Larry Mayers, AIA has specialized in affordable, special needs, and urban multi-family infill housing for more than a decade, including four as Director of Housing for a multi-office firm. In 2007 he established MA under the over-arching principle of personal service. This means: --Hands-on involvement by the Principal during all phases of the project, from Site/Yield Analysis, Schematic Design and Entitlements, through Construction Documents, Permitting, and Construction Administration. --The Principal does the work: Larry’s command of CAD assures rapid and accurate integration of your comments and ideas into the drawings without loss of time or intent—often during the conversation—so that ideas can be quickly understood and tested. --Cost-effective Project Delivery: These efficiencies, coupled with low overhead allow MA to deliver the same high level of service Larry is known for—but at significantly less cost. --Larry’s promise: MA will not take on other projects that would prohibit his ability to provide this level of personal service
