o Created and manage distributed analysis pipeline which runs on a heterogenous (CPU/GPU) compute cluster. Pipeline implements single particle tracking using a mixture of classical computer vision algorithms and NN based ML models to support high-availability (24/7), high-throughput production drug screen. This work directly enabled a very large Series B round and is now in use for multiple drug screens.o Led transition to using NVIDIA CUDA/GPUs to accelerate image analysis portions of pipeline.o Created image labeling app in Javascript/React for domain experts to support our ML development efforts.o Created feature store/dashboard to support QC by automation staff.o Interviewed, hired, and manage several SWEs for this team.
