I bring over twenty years of real estate experience primarily in property management, construction and development. Coupled with an earlier career in education, I thrive in helping people define and achieve their goals, while bringing focus and clarity to complex situations. Prior to my return to Vermont, I was a Property Manager in Boston, MA where I managed several luxury condominium associations to include large-scale capital projects. Upon returning to Vermont I became the COO for O’Brien Brothers and Principal Broker overseeing land and commercial development projects, and managing commercial and residential leasing. This experience expanded upon my negotiation strengths and made me realize I how much I enjoy guiding my buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process in pursuit of their goals.My wife and I own a very active and successful vacation rental. Working closely with our guests in a truly a "high touch" environment closely parallels the assistance and guidance I provide my real estate clients.
