I chaired the Legal Working Group of bank in-house counsel with a colleague.• A project (2017-2020) conducted among 5 banks exploring the potential to issue natively tokenized asset backed debt securities under US law. I made a proposal to the SEC for how the proposed architecture could deploy under existing US law.• Legal support for creation of BNY Mellon’s enterprise key management system, including its #Digital Asset Custody platform.• Participation in multiple initiatives, not described above, in the tokenization of cash and/or securities • Participation in the formation of R3 during its formative period as a bank #consortium, prior to the creation of a legal entity (2015) and the conduct of its series A investment round. https://r3.com/
