Develop and monitor onboard training process for newly hired drivers nationally. Worked with corporate Risk Management and direct Regional Senior Safety Managers to oversee the coordination of open claims and location relationship of TPA and service providers. Worked with Regional Senior Safety Mangers to deploy programs to help target high risk situations. Plans, directs, and monitors proactive safety strategies, processes and programs nationally. Assist in development and implementation of standard operating procedures for safety and compliance using known Industry and company best practices. Develop and monitor the safety and operational training programs for all drivers, warehouse and fleet shop employees nationally. 80% travel requirement for training, monitoring and maintaining all locations nationally. Represent company in DOT compliance audits. Numerous position held ranging from, Relief Driver, Route Driver, Route Supervisor, DOT Safety & Security Manager, Regional Safety Manager, National Safety Director.
