• Responsible for interviewing , hiring and training all new personal trainers. Grew to a team of 9 trainers to 14 trainers to budgeted headcount within 6 months. • Educate fitness team members on all aspects of Personal Training in servicing clients and members, designing fitness programs, proper use of all computer systems and tools, sales presentations and ways to increase the overall club’s and Personal Training active clients. • Manage a team of 14 or more direct reports by providing feedback and coaching to all fitness team members on performance. Grew active clients from 127 to 148 in 6 months. • Assign clients to Personal Trainers based on the client’s individual needs, goals and preferences• Manage monthly non-session hours budget and ensure they are not exceeded.
