Traveled with ABRY as partof the team pitching the deal to numerous lending institutions including banks, funds, and private interests. Accountable for guiding and directing financial and control activities of the corporation in a mannerdesigned to protect assets, meet reporting requirements, provide timely and meaningful reporting of companyoperations, and effectively plan for and audit the financial needs of the company. As a member of the Executive Committee, actively participate in reviewing and approving corporateobjectives and evaluating performance against those objectives. Oversee the tax department in activities including compliance with tax filing, requirements, tax planningand financial statement tax provisions.
