With many years of experience in the manufacturing, I have been able to touch almost ever part of the process, of the many department rolls. Which helped me have a better understanding of a company functions in a whole. My most experience has been in the production control area. But my favorite positions has been the Supervisor or Manager rolls where I have been able to create stronger and closer teams. I believe when working as a team and having well defined processes and procedures helps in promoting a great team.
