Responsibilities include:- Serve as organizational lead in OSH relationships with large health plans, including contracting, implementation, and ongoing account management- Approach health plan relationships with the mindset of a “business owner”- Project-manage and own issues to resolution- Develop opportunities as they arise- Relentlessly pursue opportunities to express the value that Oak Street delivers for health plan partners- Proactively & professionally move contract negotiations forward, with strong understanding of key contract terms and the impact they have on Oak Street’s financial performance- Develop deep understanding of OSH financial operations/workflows and their key intersection points with health plan processes- Analyze financial implications of existing and potential future health plan contracts, quantifying and communicating organizational risk to senior leadership- Lead payer implementations independently- Manage value-add activities with payers beyond issue resolution- Proactively develop and share ideas for how to improve OSH workflows- Lead conversations proactively and strategically with field leadership on value-add activities- Support delegated activities as required (e.g. identification of business requirements for system implementation, oversight of vendor-driven activities)- Develop junior Associates on the Managed Care Operations team who are serving as organization lead on additional OSH health plan relationships

• Temporary federal appointment• Administrative payroll and personnel oversight of Census Post Enumeration Survey(PES) for region 25 (IL, IA, MI, MN, WI, IN, AR, MO)• Point of contact for Employment Verifications at Chicago Regional Census Center• Plan, organize, direct, and manage the administrative functions of the Regional Census Center.• Directly supervise regional PES clerks, assign and review work for procedural accuracy, answer technical personnel/payroll questions through research using federal personnel guidelines, accounting procedures, and manuals, etc.• Develop procedural instructions, draft guidance for administrative support functions, and develop spending plans and authorization, revising it as funds and workloads shift.• Provides technical assistance to employees, supervisors, and managers regarding a variety of administrative and operations support functions (e.g., leave, time and attendance, budget, work plans, training, travel, supply procurement, etc.).• Establishes and maintains relationships with key individuals and groups involved with program operations and administrative issues.• Prepares written correspondence or instructions on a variety of administrative issues based on personal knowledge of the issues via regional memos, operation logs, etc.• Serves as an analyst responsible for the evaluation and analysis of managerial and program support issues.
