I have spent a lifetime creating and reviewing documents, of which I continue to do at my convenience. I was the First Black American to detail steel, (create steel fabrication shop drawings) used for a Commercial Building or Facility. I was also the First Black American to be a Planner for Fulton County Government. I have 40 plus years of experience in the Building Industry as a Commercial Builder/Engineering Manager/COO and CEO and Supervisor/Owner’s Rep/End Users’ Rep/Program Manager/Project Manager/Superintendent: Funding; Planning; Budgeting; Programming; Designing; Bidding; Constructing; Furnishing and Equipping Facilities (FF&E); while Assuring: QC; Budgeting and Schedule Adherence;. I've retired, several times from several short careers: was a: Senior Vice President in financial services, licensed with the National Association of Security Dealers and the Securities Exchange Commission; Middle-Grades Teacher; College Administrator; Planner for Fulton County Government; Chief Engineer; Construction Manager; Program Manager; COO and CEO. I have held countless offices and received countless awards and recognitions from numerous Civic and Non-profit Organizations. I have hopefully retired to the Gospel Ministry fulltime; licensed in 1976 and ordained in 1980.
