About Larry Parks

I was a Police Officer for the Johnson County Sheriffs Department and the Olathe, Kansas Police Department for 29 years. I held numerous positions within those organizations. I became involved in Leadership Development and Team Building in 1998 and have received training to help groups recognize the dynamics of their organizations. I am a certified Master Facilitator through the Kansas Health Foundation. Motorcycling is a hobby and I have been an instructor since 2005.Specialties: Leadership Development, Team Building, and Facilitation.
