Larry is a 3rd generation craftsman with over 40 years’ experience in best practices, and sustainability for the electrical and energy conservation industry. He holds certifications from State and Local Agencies, US Department of Defense, US Department of Homeland Security, US Department of Labor, and the American Safety & Health Institute. Although he is most proud of being, like his father before him, a licensed Certified Electrical Contractor in the State of Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.Larry served in the US Air Force as a law enforcement officer and Armed Response Force Leader; has owned and operated companies such as Andretti Industries, Consolidated Techniques Electric Company, Consolidated Techniques, Inc, CES Carib Construction, CE Systems, Inc., Retrofit-One, Semper Electric, VoltAir Constructors, LLC., and P3 Solutions LLC. He has been led on many acquisitions and procurement of various business and mergers; and is proud to mentor future generation tradesmen and energy technicians as the COO of P3 Solutions and Minimise USA.Larry tries to give back to the community who has provided for him and his family, and still remains active with the USAF 10th Security Police Association; served on several boards such as the Association of Builders and Contractors, Electrical Workers Association, Association of Independent Electrical Contractors, New Life Dwelling Child Abuse Treatment Center, North Tampa Civic Association, Tampa Area Safety Council, and the Trinity School for Children. He volunteers and is active in the Hillsborough County Electrical Board of Adjustments, Appeals and Examiners; outreach for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office as an Honorary Deputy; outreach for the FBI’s Tampa Division CAI., and membership Chair for the Suncoast Chapter of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors.On the personal side: Larry has four children, fosters a great respect for our military and law enforcement; considers himself privilege to enjoy the freedoms of being an American; is Roman Catholic by faith; and lives by the creed: serve those whom you led, and appreciate and respect the diversity in others even when their convictions or beliefs do not align with your own, while always doing what you believe is right especially when others are not aware of your actions.
